From Providence:

Take I-95 North to Rt.146 (State Offices exit) and follow 146-N to North Smithfield.

From I-295 (RI/MA) and 146:

Take I-295 to Rt.146-North exit towards North Smithfield. Follow 146-N past the Rustic Drive-In and through one set of lights. The road splits, bear right. North Smithfield commons is 0.3 of a mile on the right.

From Northern RI and Southern MA

Take Rt.146 South towards Providence. Bear left when road merges with 146A, and make u-turn from left lane. Road splits, bear to the right. North Smithfield commons is 0.3 of a mile on the right.
